Nick may be experiencing huge success with the Backstreet Boys this Summer at Sphere, but  he’s not letting anyone forget that he calls Las Vegas home and it’s a community that is very important to him. It’s so important to him, in fact, that amidst his busy schedule, he found two ways to give back to foundations within the community this past weekend.

Last Friday, Nick hosted an autograph signing at Torpedo Comics, a small business in the community, and has given the store a copy of The Backstreet Project signed by the Backstreet Boys and the lengendary Stan Lee to auction off. All proceeds from the auction will go to Child Haven, a temporary shelter where children who may be abused or neglected are taken for shelter and other resources in Clark County. Bids can be placed here through September 1st. Fox 5 Vegas stopped by the event to talk to Nick about the Backstreet residency at the Sphere and his support for the Vegas community – watch here.

Nick ended the weekend with an exclusive listening party for fans where he performed a few songs from his most recent solo album Love Life Tragedy for the first time since the album was released. All proceeds from the event went to benefit Foundation For Recovery. If you were unable to make it to the event but would still like to donate, you can do so here.

And just because the residency has wrapped for the Summer doesn’t mean Nick is going anywhere. Tonight he hosted the homecoming parade for Summerlin’s Little League who just arrived home from the final game of the Little League World Series. Keep an eye open, Vegas – you never know where Nick might be next!
